Are the reused bottles clean?
Yes. We properly clean, sanitize, and sterilize all bottles before we place our organic products inside. We use hospital grade sanitizers and follow with a medical grade autoclave.
Why is my lotion separating?
Because of their nature, organic products don’t have the synthetic binding properties and will, therefore, sometimes separate after use or if left sitting for a long time. If your lotion has separated, simply make sure you hold the lid on, and shake it up! It will easily mix back together and is totally fine to use.
Why does my lotion look different?
Organic products tend to look and feel a little different than synthetic products. We have purposely made the consistency lighter (less thick) so that you can easily refill your bottle with the refill packs we offer. Though our lotion formula may not be what you’re used to, it is organic, beneficial, and a high quality product that works really well. In fact, a little goes a long way, so one pump of the lotion is enough for most people to moisturize from their hands all the way up to their elbows!
Why do these products not have a longer shelf life?
Our products do not have harmful synthetic ingredients so they lack the long -term preservatives that a lot of beauty products have for extended shelf life. Though our products may have a shorter shelf life than some of your common store brands, we are confident that you’ll like our products so much they won’t be around long enough for you to worry about them expiring!
