These healthy, handcrafted creations are in our natural collection because although they may contain high percentages of USDA certified organic and organic ingredients, there are two common products which any organic (honest) fomulator or alchemist are challenged with: lotions and bubble baths. Even though we do offer organic versions of these products, there are many more customers who prefer the texture, stability, and overall results of using the processed ingredients below which are not allowed on the National List of approved non-organic ingredients for USDA standards. It is because of our belief in following these strict standards to ensure organic integrity, and honesty to our customers, that we have separated these particular products.

emulsifying wax: this wax is used to 'hold' together and emulisify formulas where water-based and oil-based ingredients are mixed. Ours is vegan and plant-based, however, it is processed and not on the NOP list for non-organic allowed ingredients for USDA organic standards . Many customers prefer the final texture, white color, stability, and results of this very common ingredient. 

  • Natural products: healthy, handcrafted creations which contain minimally processed ingredients which are not accepted as additional ingredients in the (NOP) National List for USDA certified organic standards. 
  • Green packaging: donated reused glass, eco-friendly and compostable bags made of recycled paper, glass or plastic which we encourage you to reuse or recycle, and handcrafted artisan products in support of Fair Trade.
