How can large plastic bottles help the planet?

Venice, CA, September 2010

Organic To Green, Inc. has recently launched its new refillable amenity line, "Natural Plant Based Spa Collection for Body - Natural White Tea"  for eco-conscious boutique hotels. Out with those wasteful mini amenity bottles and In with new refillable 16 oz bottles for today's consumer- savvy hotels.

The brand is hoping to change the industry by creating a more enjoyable spa atmosphere for guests while in-room. And for hotels, choosing refillable bottles, in the long run, saves money, effort, and the planet.

Most mini bottles are usually cheap product formulas with millions of half-used bottles thrown out or used as "souveniers" to guests - a loss to the hotels bottom line and a rather bland experience for guests. It is found guests are less wasteful when made aware of the eco-conscious effort. Organic To Green's new collection is a natural high-end line more likely to be discovered in an ultra-exclusive spa with its refreshing combination of citrus and tea infused ingredients. Guests get a great in-room experience and can purchase their experience with gifts for home where 8oz retail sizes are available for purchase in the gift shops. In addition,  hotels also enjoy these more luxurious products and its exclusivity which allows for better retail sales. This helps contirbute to the intial startup investment for hotels. And of course, offers the planet some help too with a lot less mini plastic bottles floating around.

Organic To Green, Inc. is a fairly new brand which is quickly gaining recognition for it's unique line of organic handmade bath products in reused glass wine and beer bottles (www.organictogreen.com) which have been donated to the Venice community program ReUseGlassBottles.com in support of ReUse-Cycle.com (all founded by green advocate, organic formulator, licensed CA esthetician, and young mother of two, Rianna Loving).
